The title is a play on the words
𝐌𝐞𝐢𝐣𝐨 (famous women) and 𝐌𝐞𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐨 (famous places). The landscape is shown through a window in the shape of a fan.
Like most 𝐔𝐤𝐢𝐲𝐨𝐞, the fashions of the time are clearly shown, as in this case where the red under the 𝐤𝐢𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐨 was popular of the period.
